  • Yes! We hold a $2 million liquor liability and general liability insurance policy. All clients and venues will be added as an additional insured under our policy. It is included in every package. We can provide you and the vent with our COI (certificate of insurance)

  • Of course! The Belles team consists of about 20 trained and licensed bartenders. If you have a favorite, please feel free to request them and we will see if they are available.

  • No, the state of Florida does not allow for a mobile bartending company to carry a liquor license because only a brick and mortar are permitted to carry one. We do not need a liquor license to run our business because we are providing the bartending service, not the alcohol. The client is responsible for payment of the alcohol. We are unable to sell you the alcohol directly, which actually works in your favor as it keeps your cost lower.

  • Yes! We are happy to pickup and delivery your liquor order to your event! We will share specific insertion on how this works after booking. During our planning process, we will work together on putting together your perfect menu of favorite beer, wine, seltzers, spirits, and signature cocktails. After choosing your menu items, we use our own formula to determine the recommended amount of alcohol needed for your event. No need to try and guess on your own!

  • Yes! We offer several bar options. We have a custom built white wooden bar, and our classic bars with the option of black, white, pink, blue floral, white floral, and gold.

  • 1. You will choose to fill out an online questionnaire OR schedule a video or phone consultation to learn about your vision.
    2. We will customize your proposal and make any changes that you request and answer all questions.
    3. You will sign our contract and pay the 50% deposit to secure your booking.
    4. We will work together on curating your perfect drink menu of beer, wine, spirits, and signature cocktails. We share our cocktail menu with you for inspiration; or, you can choose any of your favorites!
    5. We will put together a detailed alcohol shopping list. We offer a pickup and delivery service or you can pick it up yourself
    6. On the day of the event, we will arrive at least 1.5 hours early to begin setup and to prepare the cocktails.
    7. We will serve you and your guests throughout the event and bring an extra fun vibe to your event!
    8. We will breakdown the bar area, leaving it cleaner than how it was found!

  • We provide our bartending service to all of the Tampa area, St Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Sarasota, Orlando, Central Florida and beyond. We do charge an additional $1/mile after the first free 50 miles

  • We offer high top table and linen rentals; trash bin rentals; glassware rentals; custom built drink wall; coffee package; large ice balls or ice cubes (can be customized); tent rentals; non-alcoholic package (sweet tea, water, lemonade)
