The bar is always a popular gathering spot at any event.  Belles of the Bar gives your guests a unique setting to mingle in a fun and relaxing environment right at our sleek, custom-built, mobile bar.  

Our mission is to ensure that your big day is as stress-free as possible.  Belles does it all, from the planning, ordering, setting up, serving, breaking down, and cleaning.  After submitting your booking request, Belles will promptly call to discuss your personalized budget, drink menu, and all other event details.  From there, you can sit back and relax while we plan your unforgettable event!

The Day of Your Event

On the day of the event, you can expect Belles to show up an hour before the start of the event.  Belles will set up the bar with liquor, glassware, garnishes, ice, and anything else that is required to keep the drinks flowing and make your bar run smoothly.  We can even provide you with a customizable, unique drink menu that will be sure to wow your guests!

Belles will provide you with predetermined amount of bartenders to serve your guests in a professional, classy, clean, and polished setting!  All of our experienced bartenders are certified in responsible vending, alcohol training and compliance.  Safety and responsible serving is a priority.  Every event is provided with general and liquor liability insurance. 

Once your event is over, Belles will clean and break down the entire bar area.  We will provide garbage bags and dispose of all waste.  The host may choose to keep or return any unopened liquor remaining at the end of the event.  

In compliance with Covid-19 regulations, every bar and station provided by Belles of the Bar is equipped with hand sanitizer and sterilization equipment.  Common spaces and items will be wiped down regularly throughout the duration of the party.  Masks and gloves can be worn upon request of the event host.

FAQ

Does Belles of the Bar provide the bar or is an existing bar needed?

If your venue does not have an established bar, Belles of the Bar will bring their fully functional portable bar to you! Otherwise, we will utilize the venue’s set up.

What is supplied for the bar?

Whether you need the portable bar or you have a bar already set up, Belles of the Bar will supply everything needed to make the bar run smoothly. We bring our own bar tools, coolers, and anything else we would need to mix and serve cocktails.  If there are any specific requests, we can accommodate accordingly.

Where do we travel?

Belles of the Bar services Tampa, Orlando and the surrounding areas.  We are happy to travel further for a travel fee of $1.00 per mile for parties outside of a 50-mile radius.  , 

How big of a party can you serve?

Belles of the Bar will cater to any size party.  Larger parties may require additional bartenders which is an option in the “add-on services” portion of the package list.  

How many bartenders do we use?

Belles of the Bar consists of one or two bartenders per party.  Our package list “add-on services” offers the option for additional bartenders to be added as needed for party size or as requested by the party host.  Male bartenders can be also be requested.

Can we do themed bars/parties?

Absolutely!  Belles of the Bar can dress per theme and will decorate the bar accordingly.  We will work with the party host to assure that we make the party just as you envisioned.  

Are the alcohol/cigars provided or included?

Alcohol and Cigars are not included in the packages.   Belles of the Bar will provide lists and suggestions for liquor based on the needs of the party. We also offer to do the shopping for you.  We will design a wonderful cigar package, do the shopping for you, and even provide cigar service, including lighters, ash trays, and cutters for guests.  All unopened bottles can be returned to the liquor store for a refund. 

What is the payment process?

In order to secure your party plans and date, Belles of the Bar asks for a security deposit.  We will charge the base price determined by our two options.  The balance will be collected on the day of the event.  Package pricing does not include gratuity or liquor prices.

Are we licensed and Insured?

Belles of the Bar is a fully licensed and insured mobile bartending company.  We carry $2 Million general liability insurance and $2 Million liquor liability insurance to ensure that each of our clients and venues are protected.
